Dr. Maria Braoudaki PhD, FHEA, MSc, BSc

Cancer Genomics Academic Collaborator

Awarded the prestigious L’Oreal-UNESCO Award for Women in Science in 2022, Maria is an associate professor in Molecular Genetics at the University of Hertfordshire. She brings well-published expertise in the fields of paediatric cancer genomics, genetics/epigenetics and proteomics with an emphasis in microRNA profiling as well as extensive experience in using high-throughput omics-based strategies to the Curenetics team. Maria worked as a Postdoctoral researcher during her postgraduate studies at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in Greece and obtained a PhD in Molecular Microbiology from Aston University.
